Essence of Lavender by Katrina Vandenberg

Katrina was among a group of massage students who helped us bottle and package an enormous order of Lavender many years ago. This experience is a key thread in the tapestry of her life experience and is closely tied to the loss of her husband to hemophilia.

​Katrina now lives in the Minneapolis area and reconnecting with Stacey and me this Spring, drove to Nevis for a visit. This essay is a beautifully written labor of love that spans many related notions. I encourage you to take some time and enjoy reading something from the heart.
